Each core is thoroughly inspected and completely disassembled. Electrical and mechanical components are inspected for wear and fatigue. Circuit boards are cleaned and visually inspected for physical failures and conformance with OEM specifications. Electrical components are tested to ensure proper function. The unit is then reassembled and electromechanically tested for proper function. A customized test bench is utilized to verify proper function.
