Each control handle core is thoroughly inspected and completely disassembled. Electrical and mechanical components are inspected for wear and fatigue. Electrical components are tested to ensure proper function. The control handle is then reassembled, lubricated where required, and electromechanically tested for proper function. A test fixture is utilized for complex control handle designs to verify proper electromechanical function.
