Diesel ForceTM Delivery Systems
Diesel Force is designed to easily connect to diesel engines. The Diesel Emissions System Tools apply a powerful foaming cleanser directly into the EGR circuit using only shop air. As foam passes through the system, it dissolves accumulated soot and carbon deposits, allowing it to pass harmlessly through the exhaust system and out with the exhaust gases.
Diesel Force B1400
Part No. - A000055344
Small engines may be smaller in size, but can be every bit as dirty. The B1400 is lighter and portable with the capacity to clean up to a 9.0 liter engine. This versatile option is perfect for many situations and manufactured with the same robust materials as its bigger brother.
Diesel Force B1500
Part No. - A000055345
If you need to clean both small displacement and large displacement (18 liter) diesel engines, the B1500 is the tool of choice. Made in the USA with robust powder-coated steel, it is manufactured with high-quality materials and components. The easy-to-use dash interface, with durable toggle action controls requires only shop air and Diesel Force EGR and induction cleaner for operation.
Diesel Force Electronic Component Controller
The Electronic Component Controller was developed to optimize the emissions cleaning process. It has the ability to control anything from an analog component to the more recent CAN-based devices. In late model diesel applications, the EGR valve is typically closed at idle. This takes away the opportunity for a thorough cleaning of the circuit without disassembly. In order to get by this problem, the controller continuously cycles the EGR valve through its full range of motion during the cleaning process. A steady feed of foam is then able to make its way throughout the system.
Like the EGR valve, today's variable geometry turbos tend to stay in one position at idle. Similarly, this scenario prevents an effective cleaning. To overcome the issue, the controller runs the turbo back and forth through its full span during the cleaning process. This action enables the foam to reach places within the turbo that wouldn't ordinarily be accessible. It's especially helpful with one-piece nozzle ring turbos, which are known for collecting carbon in their central housings. Driving the nozzle ring back and forth gives users the ability to push foam to this problem area. A stuck turbo can be freed using this technique.
Accompanying the controller is software that allows visibility to select parameters. These include 'commanded' and 'actual' positions of both the EGR valve and turbo. In an industry first, the user is also able to see Turbo Actuator Load. This parameter is the only indicator available for determining turbo cleanliness without disassembly. An average actuator load of over 55% on nozzle ring style turbos is indicative of carbon loading. As part of the Diesel Force training, technicians are taught to use this tool to identify the need for additional cleaning in high idle and severe duty applications. System voltage at the turbo actuator is another parameter that has been added to diagnose vehicles with electrical issues. Software can be supplied on an optional tablet or simply downloaded to your shop’s device at no cost.

Diesel EGR and Induction System Cleaner
Diesel Force EGR System Cleaner removes hardened deposits from the EGR and Induction System. These carbon deposits can negatively affect the performance of an engine. If the EGR gets clogged with carbon, it will cause problems with performance such as loss of power, poor idling and excessive smoke.
Diesel Force EGR System Cleaner is formulated with powerful cleaners that help dissolve carbon build-up, restoring fuel economy and overall performance. Apply Diesel Force EGR Cleaner using approved tools. Do not add to the fuel tank.
Features and Benefits:
- Removes carbon build up from EGR system
- Cleans DPF and reduces regeneration cycles
- Improves performance and fuel economy
- Lowers emissions and smooths rough idle

Oil System Cleaner
Diesel Force Oil System Cleaner contains no hazardous solvents which can cause seals to weather and become brittle and harden. Solvent cleaners remain within the engine and dilute the new engine oil. Diesel Force Oil System Cleaner is safe and effective and is formulated with high quality base oils to carry strong detergents and dispersant additives that clean and remove sludge, varnish and deposits from the engine.
Features and Benefits:
- Fights varnish & sludge deposits
- Maintains a cleaner engine and prevents excessive engine wear
- Provides resistance to thermal and oxidative oil breakdown
- Prevents horsepower loss

HydroClean Fuel Treatment
Diesel Force HydroClean Fuel Treatment contains corrosion inhibitors and water dispersants. It improves fuel efficiency by cleaning the entire fuel system. In addition, it increases fuel atomization. Smaller gas atoms burn better, which gives you more energy. Diesel Force HydroClean Fuel Treatment chemically changes water in gasoline, creating a combustible hydrocarbon. By removing the water, ethanol related issues are eliminated along with the possibility of corrosion of fuel system components. Also contains corrosion inhibitors.
Diesel Force HydroClean is a highly concentrated product. The 1:4000 treat rate far exceeds that of most of the competition.
Features and Benefits:
- Restores fuel economy and performance
- Reduces harmful emissions
- Stabilizes fuel and keeps fuel system clean

Fuel Force Elite Gasoline Treatment
Fuel Force Elite is Diesel Force’s premium fuel additive for all gasoline engines. It provides a high level of cleaning for the fuel system and combustion chamber, and regular use will prevent the creation and buildup of new deposits. Carbon deposits in and around fuel injectors and on valves, pistons, and piston rings together with deposits on O2 sensors and in catalytic converters accounts for the vast majority of customer “drivability” complaints such hard starting, stalling, rough idle, hesitation, low power, poor fuel economy, and engine light on.
Fuel Force Elite also works to reduce or eliminate most of the problems caused by ethanol that is blended into most gasoline today in North America. Ethanol is a very aggressive solvent that will rapidly deteriorate rubber in fuel hoses and o-rings, many plastic components found in today’s fuel systems, and it will oxidize soft metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum. When seasonal equipment is stored with fuel contain ethanol, it is very common to have severe damage to fuel system components such fuel tanks, fuel lines, carburetors, injectors, and other related components. Ethanol speeds the chemical breakdown of fuel during storage resulting in severely degrading the fuel and anything that the fuel comes in contact with. Fuel Force Elite works to neutralize most of the ethanol’s negative characteristics and an additional stability agent actually prevents the chemical breakdown of the fuel.
