What About the Data?
- Watering Events: Know when your battery is being watered. The Advanced Battery Steward pressure sensor is the only sensor that records the exact time and date a watering event occurs.
- Full Time Temperature Monitoring: A full time temperature monitor provides data to predict battery trouble.
- Battery Impact: Measurement of impact could indicate that a battery was mishandled. With this information, you may decide to adjust the way a battery is loaded/unloaded from a forklift.
- Voltage and Half-Voltage: Voltage measurement indicates when a battery is fully charged or not. Half voltage measurement helps discover a failing cell within a battery.
- Current In & Out: Current readings will help with fleet utilization. Determine a rotation schedule based on current on/out measurement to equally use forklift batteries.
- Fluid Level: A remote light shows red if a battery needs to be watered or green when fluids are at proper levels. The tracker also stores electrolyte level history showing usage and data to help protect the life of the battery.
