The Millennium Evo Battery Watering System makes the difficult task of watering industrial batteries elementary. It consists of automatic shut-off valves, interconnected with tubing, that replace the existing vent caps. A quick coupling allows the system to be connected to a water supply. Once connected, water flows into each cell until it reaches the correct level. A flow indicator built into the water supply tells the operator when filling has been completed. The entire process takes just 30 seconds per battery.

- Clampless Polypropylene Tubing - Patented clampless tubing installs in half the time of tubing that requires clamps and holds twice as well. Unlike clear PVC tubing, our patented tubing will not break down and cause system failure.
- 3-Port Swivel Tee – Patented Three-Port Swivel Tee rotates a full 360 degrees, allowing for a more versatile installation. Eliminates kinked tubing, the need for additional plumbing pieces and allows you to place the feed tube wherever it’s most convenient, not just at the end.

- Wide Pressure Range – Millennium’s patented technology eliminates the need to buy expensive water supplies to generate high pressure and flow. Our variable pressure system will work from 3 to 35 PSI, with minimum flow rate of 2 GPM (measured through the purger).

Mini Pump
The mini pump water supply is practical for light duty applications (24 cells or fewer). Simply place the pump in a tank of distilled water and plug into a power supply. Multiple power adapters are available. For batteries equipped with Millennium SPW, Pro-Fill, or Qwik-Fill systems. (SPW system must have BA-QDV-505 or BA-QDV-512 quick coupler.)

Deionized Water Supply
Maximizes battery life by removing dissolved solids that are present in tap water and can lead to shortened battery life. The separate bed deionizer uses an ion exchange cartridge filled with non-toxic synthetic resins to remove impurities from your tap water before it enters the battery.

Gravity Tank
Simply set on a shelf or use the included rugged steel mounting bracket. Connect the water supply hose to a 3/4 hose bib and the tank keeps itself filled to the top. A great solution for areas where the facility water supply is inadequate. NOTE: The bottom of the gravity tank must be a minimum of six (6) feet above the top of the batteries being filled.

Eagle Eye Industrial Sensors - Drill In
Eagle Eye accurately monitors and displays the status of cell electrolyte levels with a solid green or blinking red light. Patented Capacitive Sensing Technology, found in many electronics such as touch screen monitors and cell phones, allows Eagle Eye to measure electrolyte levels, without running current through the sensing probe. This eliminates any potential corrosion between the plates and the probe.
There are two models available that include a "local" version for mounting in the center cell and a remote version. The remote version allows the user to place the measuring probe in the center cell and locate the light on the edge of the battery or on the dashboard of the vehicle.
