Filter Buddy^TM Handheld Portable Filtration System

This handheld portable system provides the capability to kidney loop reservoirs that you normally cannot reach with larger filter carts. Its small size and light weight allow for carrying up and down stairs and access into tight or confined spaces. It also fits on the top of a drum for convenient transferring and filtering from drum to reservoir.

Not for use with diesel fuel or gasoline. Filters sold separately. Use A000040249 and A000064899 filters to achieve ISO 15/13/10 specification.

Quick Oil Change System

The Planned Maintenance Quick Oil Change System easily replaces an existing oil pan drain plug with a quick disconnect hose assembly. The system allows for more efficient Planned Maintenance (PM) service and provides the following benefits:

• Technician Safety - Since most PMs are completed while the engine is hot, the system reduces the opportunity of hot oil spilling on the technician.
• Environmental Safety - The system allows for safer disposal of used oil. In addition to pumping oil from the truck, the system is able to transfer used oil into bulk containers for recycling.
• Faster Service - The quick oil change system can save up to 8-10 minutes per PM by eliminating the need to remove the drain plug, drain the oil, reinstall the drain plug, remove the drain pan, find a place for disposal, etc.
• Increased Profitability - With a labor rate of $60 per hour, reducing each PM by 10 minutes will generate a savings of $10. For every 1,000 PMs completed, that is a potential savings of $10,000.

 To use the Quick Oil Change System, each truck must be equipped with quick change hose assembly. Each assembly contains a drain plug (banjo bolt), drain plug adapter (if necessary), 72 inch high-temp hose (3/8 inch dia.) with banjo fitting, and male quick disconnect coupler for connecting to the pump. The Quick Oil Change Pump is not included and must be purchased separately. Assemblies are available for the engines below.

Quick Oil Change Pump

Each PM technician must be equipped with the quick oil change pump. The Quick Oil Change Pump assembly includes the pump mounted to a base plate, battery clips (12 VDC), and 72 inch hose with female quick disconnect coupler for connection to the truck assembly. The unique base plate design fits most five gallon buckets. Bucket not included.
