Rings are designed to aid in the removal of HALO and SIT style resilient tires. By filling the channel that the retaining bead occupies, removal of the tires is dramatically simplified. Rings are available in a variety of sizes to fit most HALO and SIT style tire sizes.
Removal Instructions
- Compress the tire from the locking side of the rim using the pressure ring (A) until the locking ring groove is exposed.
- Place the removal ring in position and coat liberally with lubricant.
- Invert the tire and press off using pressure ring (A). The retaining bead then slips over the removal ring without being sheared off.
