Injection Pumps

Each fuel injection pump is thoroughly inspected, completely disassembled, and all wear parts are discarded. All hard parts are chemically degreased, cleaned, and inspected for damage and conformance with OEM specifications. Any part that does not meet OEM specifications is replaced to meet specifications. Following assembly, all injection pumps are given a thorough final inspection and tested to ensure like new performance. All injection pumps are tested to OEM specifications and checked for leaks, proper fuel flow and delivery, and proper fuel pressures. After testing is complete, all injection pumps are timed correctly for installation ease. Fuel adjustments, throttle stops, idle speeds and governor settings are set and sealed. All injection pumps are rebuilt by an injection pump OEM certified rebuilder.
