Logics

Each logic core is completely disassembled by separating the circuit board from the case. Circuit boards are cleaned and visually inspected for physical failures and conformance with OEM specifications. Any components with a high rate of failure or requiring engineering upgrades are always replaced. Following assembly, all logics are given a thorough final inspection and tested to ensure like new performance. Logics are upgraded to the latest OEM engineering specifications and often include a microprocessor upgrade and software update. Non-functioning regulators, transistors, switches, resistors, and all other defective components are replaced as needed. Defective LCDs are always replaced with new parts. Display functions are tested to ensure OEM compliance and information accuracy. Connectors and non-functioning components are always replaced with OEM specified parts. Logics are load tested at the maximum rated current (300 to 600 amps),running 36 to 48 volts (DC) to provide accurate and stable service at maximum output.
