Stealth Watering SystemTM Kits

The Stealth Watering System™ is a float-based, single-point watering system that precisely fills all battery cells to the same level simultaneously. Watering batteries with the Stealth Watering System is safe, easy and affordable - and takes one tenth the time of hand watering. It is perfect for installations of 5 to 25 batteries and is best used with conventional charging applications.

The standard Stealth Watering System will fit most any battery in the world - except Crown Battery's Max•Haul battery and GNB Industrial Power's flat-plate battery. The Stealth Slim Valve is designed to fit in the narrow spacing between the straps these batteries.

The Stealth Watering System incorporates many unique features that make it the best in its class and the most convenient to install:

  • One Size Fits All Design - Fits all cells to appropriate level. Multiple float sizes not needed.
  • Push-Fit Tubing Ports - Secure tubing by simply pushing into ports. No barbed fittings to break.
  • Low Profile - The top of the unit is only 0.60" high. When installed on a battery, the system sits lower than the intercell connectors, reducing the possibility of damage from the battery's cables as they move over the battery.
  • Highly Visible Fill Level Indicator - Viewable from top and side.
  • Snap Fit Base - Simply remove vent cap from the cell and push in the float body. No separate adapters needed.
  • Fast Tubing Installation - Push-fit tubing ports and speed stripes make tubing installation fast, easy and secure.
  • Abuse Resistant Tubing - Tubing is kink- and crush-resistant. The tubing's small bend radius enables the Stealth Watering System to fit even the smallest batteries easily, including 5- and 7-plate batteries.

Each Float Kit includes:

Hard water in your water supply may be causing poor battery performance. Metallic impurities in water can poison the battery, affect cell voltages and increase self-discharge, all of which can result in shortened battery run time and reduced battery life. Not only does this waste money in your operation, but time as well. The traditional method to avoid water impurities is to use distilled water, an expensive and inconvenient proposition. Using deionized water is a simple and effective way to maximize battery life.

BlinkyTM Battery Watering Monitors

Philadelphia Scientific’s family of battery watering monitors allow watering on a labor-saving “as- needed” basis instead of a hit-or-miss schedule. Watering too frequently can cause electrolyte boil overs, which reduce battery capacity by three percent for each occurrence. Lack of water in batteries creates a low electrolyte level, eventually causing permanent damage to the cells.






The BlinkyTM family of monitors will help ensure your electrolyte levels are never too low or too high. They feature the industry’s brightest LED, so they are much more visible. The new Smart Blinky ProTM introduces an audible dimension of electrolyte level notification. And, the installation forgiveness zone reduces the potential for damaging monitors during installation and provides a far wider voltage operating zone.
