SpeedZone G2
TM is a top speed limiter that is designed specifically for mechanical governor trucks. In addition to enhanced safety, equipment lifespan is extended by protecting the drive-line from operator abuse. SpeedZone G2 converts a mechanical governor truck to drive-by-wire, thus enabling you to have all the features of a DOT-Lok G2 Shift Inhibitor and PACE-One G2 Speed Limiter system.
The speed sensitive shifting portion of the system reduces repair expenses associated with transmission abuse, torque converter failure, drive axle failure, flex plate damage, planetary shock load and tire wear. The speed limiter portion gives you two top travel speeds. Like the combo system, travel speeds, shift speeds, engine braking, traction control, etc are all set via computer and uCal programmer interface. The system is comprised of a control module with sealed connectors, a potentiometer, stepper motor, brackets, cable and wiring harnesses. Most connections are plug and play.
A uCal programming kit is required for initial setup and changes.

uCal Programming Kit
The uCal Programming Kit provides an intuitive user interface where programming parameters can be stored and retrieved for later use. Programming parameters can also be printed on paper. The programming kit includes all necessary cables and software.
