Steer Cylinders

Each tilt and steer cylinder is thoroughly inspected, completely disassembled, and all wear parts are discarded. All hard parts are chemically degreased, cleaned and inspected for damage and conformance with OEM specifications. Any part that does not meet OEM specifications is replaced to meet specifications. Following assembly, all tilt and steer cylinders are given a thorough final inspection and tested to ensure like new performance. Steer cylinder seals, wear sleeves, wear guides, and packing are always replaced with new OEM quality parts. Tubes are machine honed or replaced as need to comply with OEM specifications. Seal kits are replaced with new OEM components. Chrome rods are inspected for wear patterns and rechromed or replaced as needed. Tilt cylinder seals, pistons, and piston rings are always replaced with new OEM quality parts. Tubes are inspected for conformance with OEM specifications and machine honed or replaced as needed. Gland nuts are remanufactured or replaced as needed.
