Safe-Bump Forklift Protectors

Add to some padding to your forklift with Safe-Bump Forklift Protectors. Designed to reduce product and forklift damage, Safe-Bump is constructed of a soft PVC plastic that will absorb energy upon impact. The soft bumpers attach anywhere on the forklift, including the forks, with magnets and two-way tape to absorb impacts. The bumpers can easily bend 90 degrees to fit around corners.

Each bumper includes 2 magnets, 3M VHB two-way tape and fork brackets.

Blue Guardian Pallet Protector

By redistributing the impact of a forklift to the sturdy center block of a pallet, the Blue Guardian reduces product damage often related to standard forklift impact. Its low-profile polyurethane bumper avoids direct contact with the load to reduce damage to the primary and secondary packaging of palletized products. Using this pallet protector results in fewer wood splinters from pallets, minimizing debris and forklift tire damage. Bumper kit included.

Pallet Dawg™

Pallet Dawg offers enhanced protection of transported products and pallets, reducing costs related to damage. The low-profile bumper mounts easily to ITA Class II fork carriages, regardless of lift truck make and model. Made of a high density polyethylene co-polymer, the Pallet Dawg can be easily attached between the forks.

The Pallet Dawg reduces damage to palletized products and their packaging by preventing contact with the load. The attachment redirects the impact force from the lift truck to the center block of the pallet, instead of the top boards, where products are located. Housekeeping is also improved due to less debris from splintered pallets, which can damage lift truck tires.

Fork Kushions^®

Fork-Kushions offer a resilient, yet durable solution by equipping a forklift with specially engineered polyurethane bumpers that are mounted to the upright of the fork. These highly engineered bumpers provide cushioning protection from marring, denting, and other forms of damage. The unique structure offers excellent wear properties and vibration deadening without compromising the load capacity. Fork Kushions are mounted directly to the face of the fork utilizing a permanent mounting bracket. The bracket is equipped with a high performance quick adhesion system, providing easy installation and maximum bond strength. By eliminating the need to weld or rivet the brackets, there is no compromise to the OSHA regulated safety ratings of the forks. The brackets will not move or shift and will withstand constant use and force. All Kushions are sold in sets of 2 and are made to a standard length of 24 inches. Custom sizes and lengths are available as special orders.

Static Grounding Strap

Prevent static electricity from building up in your trucks with a static strap. Strap measures 1 1/16 inches wide and 3/16 inches thick with a 1/2 inch brass grommet in one end.
